A full paper describing CASPER is in preparation. In preparation
What the paper will cover
The paper will describe the system in full: how access and policy, orchestration, knowledge, tools and models fit together, how answers are kept traceable to their sources, and what was measured. It will include a part on the public projects and tools, such as the open astronomy tools and the benchmark that are being prepared for open release.
There is no preprint and no DOI yet. This page will carry the reference, with links, when they exist.
